db launched a nuke and i said who destroy this gets 60mil in OOC and i meant cops after that db said whoever ? and i replied by yes but not to him i was talking to someone else as its (OOC) which you know means out of charcter , somehow jack and markus took it seriously and said that i agreed to it even i didn't and i said yes not even to him and told me to pay up and he banned me

the yes wasn't even for him it was for someone else , i didn't even notice him say it i just typeed yes for someone and the lagg made it send later when he send the message i didn't agree for anything nor talk to him other then ooc

First of all, you agreed to it directly in chat, db asked if whoever destroys it wins 60m, and then DB asks to confirm it and you say "yes", You're actively agreeing to pay the sum of money to DB killer, when you refused to do so, bushross banned you.

You stated and agree'ed to db that you would reward 60m to the player that raids the nuke. After being asked by DB in ooc "destroy or deactivate" you stated destroyed and yes. By doing this you agree'ed to it with DB and then it was destroyed. You then tried to because you said you wasnt speaking to DB. Throughout this there was no other messages being sent around in OOC, You then stated that "discord and steam messaged. This kind of made no sense.

I handled a situation like this where I think it was evil cat said that they’d give their inventory away to someone who destroyed a nuke, someone destroyed it and evil cat refused to pay but got unbanned, I’ll fish up the appeal but I think there should be consistency of what the lead team have said.

The issue with this one was that nothing was set in stone agreed, however it could be argued that Red X agreed by responding to DB’s question, however I will leave this up to the handling admin
