The issue with this one was that nothing was set in stone agreed, however it could be argued that Red X agreed by responding to DB’s question, however I will leave this up to the handling admin

"It is not considered a scam unless money or items are lost or received. Except in the case of agreed upon coinflips, dice rolls and minigames."
