Story/Situation - pretty much got warned due to rdm, but i saw the person throw a harpoon and kill someone, then called out a KOS then i killed him

Hello Belter, I have spoken to Darling, the staff member who issued this punishment, and both of us have reviewed the evidence again. We both came to the conclusion that this video does show a situation where Nepgear threw a harpoon and killed a player, to which you came on screen a moment after in the same area, and it does indeed look like you witnessed the kill. Given that the evidence provided against you did not 100% prove that you had not seen this kill, we are comfortable with accepting this appeal, Darling has apologised and said he will learn from this in the future.

After reviewing this appeal further and discussing with both Eddie and the staff members who were on the server, I have decided to overrule the verdict and reissue the punishment for a number of reasons. Firstly, in the video, it is shown your back is turned from the time Nepgear pulls out the harpoon, when it is thrown, and when it hits its target. This further shows you killed off of suspicion, as reviewing the video shows your back was turned the entire time. Although I am reinstating a punishment, you will not be autoslayed as you have already been slayed for this rulebreak. Unless you have clearly seen who threw a harpoon, you can't just base it off of assumption. I'm also not going to accuse you of lying in your appeal, but the video leads me to believe you just assumed it was him rather than seeing it. If you wish to make another appeal, with video from your end or other proof that will help your case, by all means go for it. But as for now, the punishment will be reissued.
