After reviewing this appeal further and discussing with both Eddie and the staff members who were on the server, I have decided to overrule the verdict and reissue the punishment for a number of reasons. Firstly, in the video, it is shown your back is turned from the time Nepgear pulls out the harpoon, when it is thrown, and when it hits its target. This further shows you killed off of suspicion, as reviewing the video shows your back was turned the entire time. Although I am reinstating a punishment, you will not be autoslayed as you have already been slayed for this rulebreak. Unless you have clearly seen who threw a harpoon, you can't just base it off of assumption. I'm also not going to accuse you of lying in your appeal, but the video leads me to believe you just assumed it was him rather than seeing it. If you wish to make another appeal, with video from your end or other proof that will help your case, by all means go for it. But as for now, the punishment will be reissued.
