Story/Situation - i called a valid kos and he deemed it as false

i had surveyed the area and knew the only place i could get shot from
i heard where the shot came from behind me, and it was the same spot that bilbo shit had resided in for the past 5 seconds
the gun that was used was bilbo shit's gun
based on the evidence presented to me, it's 100% clear that there was no one else in a similar position who could've shot me
it was argued that the point i made was an "assumption", when in reality it was a (correct - bilbo shit, the guy i called the kos on, was the guy who shot me) deduction based on numerous pieces of conclusive evidence - assumptions were used to argue against me but apparently i was the one making assumptions
ttt is a game of deduction, if i'm not allowed to make valid deductions to call a valid kos on a traitor who just shot me simply because "i didnt see him shoot" then why should i play

not only this, but hanz immediately jumped to a conclusion as soon as he opened a chat, saying immediately that i was in the wrong without getting my justification, showing his fixed, stubborn attitude which shows he isn't deserving of a staff position

my points were entirely supported by an ex-super admin who is EXTREMELY experienced with TTT, so the idea that this was somehow false blows my mind

sorry if my attitude is abrasive in any way, safe to say this has been an extreme annoyance and a huge waste of time for a warn that's completely false

but if logic prevails he's clearly the one that shot me, i don't understand the idea that i HAVE to specifically see him shooting - either way why would a warning be necessary, the report was rushed and handled in a biased manner so I'm assuming that's why a warning was given

not only this but the impact that this had on the situation was very small, even if it was by technicality a rulebreak - the T's won the round 30 seconds after I called this KOS, he won either way so idk

To be completely honest, yes you knew he was in the tower a bit before the shooting, but when you get shot in the back and you don’t see who actually shot you, i wouldn’t say it’s valid to immediately KOS someone just because you remembered they were in the tower, that comes across like you just took a guess as to someone who could’ve possibly shot you and i’d say it comes under killing/kosing on suspicion.

At first I was on your side with this from what i’d seen, with the way you responded to the report and the logs supporting what you claimed, i didn’t think you should’ve been punished without clear evidence proving your claim false. However after watching that video, it just does look like you took a bit of a guess.

I’ve spoken to the ex super admin you mentioned and they also now agree with this after seeing the video.

Try to consider the video alongside all the points I have made, while it may look like KOSing under suspicion with just the video (which I understand is a rulebreak), all my thought processes on what had happened prior and the position of each person that I had observed led me to believe that what I had was solid evidence under which to place a KOS

I mean, through what he can hear and what he can see, it is fairly obvious that the person who came down the stairs was in fact bilbo, even without seeing the name. He can use his ears and through that deduction realise that no other people were in the tower other than him, hanz, and bilbo, Hanz is killed by him and the person who shoots him comes from the top of the tower. Through simple deduction it’s not too hard to figure out there is only one possible culprit for the shooting.

I can understand where Hanz is coming from, I wouldn't say this is confirmed 100% guaranteed he shot you, but it's pretty clear you were sure it was him from your replies here. I understand how it MAY be perceived now as "suspicion" and apologies if you genuinely think I broke a rule. However the impact of the "rulebreak" was extremely small. At the end of the day, I can just avoid doing this, even though I disagree with the reasoning given as to why it's a valid warn.
