To be completely honest, yes you knew he was in the tower a bit before the shooting, but when you get shot in the back and you didn’t see the person actually shoot you, i wouldn’t say it’s valid to immediately KOS someone just because you remembered they were in the tower, that comes across like you just took a guess as to someone it could have possibly been and i’d say it comes under killing/kosing on suspicion.

At first I was on your side with this from what i’d seen, with the way you responded to the report and the logs supporting what you claimed, i didn’t think you should’ve been punished without clear evidence proving your claim false. However after watching that video, it just does look like you took a bit of a guess, and you didn’t have “solid evidence”.

I’ve spoken to the ex super admin you mentioned and i’m fairly sure they also now agree with this after seeing the video
