Name - Upgrading Archer Tower at the moment it's Pea Shooter

Punishment Reason - Prop Abuse
Server - SSRP S1
Story/Situation - Was late at night almost everyone was afk expect like 5-7 people I got bored and started throwing a gear around the map before that I was verbaly warned for fucking the wall with a fish trophy becuase I was shaking the map and I stopped. To the people saying I prop pushed my self with the gear I only pushed my like 2-5cms and also to the people saying I turned around at 0:48 to see if jack was there I didn't turn around for that reason I turned around to see who was shooting my prop

I don't see how this warrants a warning, you literally pushed yourself a few cm's and it didn't affect anyone else, you were clearly not out to cause trouble.

If you follow the staff ethos:

We don’t want people that break very minor rules that have no impact on other people being needlessly punished when a simple talk can resolve the situation.

This punishment looks pretty stupid, especially without a verbal.

Of course, I don't know the whole story or if there's anything else that was not included in your recording, i'm just giving my opinion on what has been provided so far.

Based off of your proof and Jamie's proof. If I was a user and watched only one side, the reason you were punished and it's validitiy changes massively. The thing is, I spoke to Jamie and he's sent me proof of him asking you guys to stop twice prior to your clip. One time being generally and the other time being personally, by freezing you and speaking to you.

Eddie mentioned about the Ethos and speaking to a user about punishing people when what they did is minor, which is definitely correct and based off of your proof I would definitely agree that you shouldn't have been warned, but it trails back again to the fact that you didn't show the other two times; showing you did indeed have an effect on other players, by shaking the map a bunch and being distruptive to others doing so.

If you want to see why I decided to deny this appeal then you can watch Jamie's proof and see that it is fairly valid, the fact you were changing your "abuse" every time, doesn't help your case either.
