I believe Kyber already covered most of this pretty well so I'll keep it short.
You were banned taking your past punishments into consideration by continuing to break the rules after coming off a ban.

In addition to this you were loopholing/being racist the hole time I was online yesterday and even after being told to stop by both Nepgear and I you continued on with this (We had both agreed that if you were to do it again then that whould've lend to a ban as we already given you verbals to stop multiple times at this point.).

Mate i don’t know if you’re trolling or not, but you confessed of racism yourself, instead of agreeing to the dude you should’ve tried to stop him, in my opinion you do not deserve to be unbanned, you made such little effort on your appeal too and the way you spoke of it shows you’re not really sorry.... @harry if you read this: We, (Nina,McDonaldTrump & Russianhooligan) spoke in TS about the situation. He now knows why he was banned and why he was warned, he once again said "I don't want to be unbanned, I want answers" After a while Russianhooligan left on good terms and there is no need to accept this appeal. - Didnt wanna steal this or what ever, he just joined TS and wanted to talk it out. Hello Emil,

I'm taking this over because Harry is being as slow as a snail.

This is your rapsheet.
According to this you were using racist language 2 times on the 19th and got banned for 24 hours by Kurze.
Afterwards, on the 21th you returned to the server and broke the very same rule that got you banned beforehand again, only that this ban is longer.

Please keep in mind that using discriminational language is prohibited by the Zarp Terms of Use, the Zarp Discrimination Policy and the TTT Server Rules, rule 1.2 and 1.2a in particular.

Thus the ban was valid and since you did not provide any actual proof that would go in your favour this is denied.
I've talked with Nina and he said that apparently everything already got sorted out in a speech you had with him and some other staff members already.
