[SSRP] jack bushross warning appeal 6 years 3 weeks ago #1042889

Name - What is your in-game name? Jack Bushross
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID?STEAM_0:1:58009824
Staff Members Name - Who warned you?
Dr Richard
Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the warning(s)?
rule 8.6
Server - Which server did this occur on? ssrp1
Story/Situation - What happened? So someone kept airstriking spawn, and kept moving my alt with the airstrike. So I put 2 props on the side of my alt to stop it from moving. (not restricting anyones access or blocking anyone. I made it so it has space to get in and out. I argued my point the smallest part because I personally didn't know this rule at the time. Straight after richard removed my props and instantly warned me. Just after this happening bunny said thats stupid reason to warn. Richard replied with "I had bad experiences when i joined and warned for bs reasons so you should to."
In the progress of this I was still in the middle of building what I was building.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)?

So you do admit to it being a valid warn but you feel as if the warning was harsh and unneeded?

I do feel that the warning was uneeded. Considering Micky did the same thing and he didn't warn Micky. The fact I was still building he could of just showed the rule. I argued my point the smallest and was given the reply something along the lines "it happened to me it should happen to you"
Also for someone who also has never had any warnings for prop abuse or breaking building rules (i think at least)

As unethical that may sound as a reply from a staff member in this situation the warn still remains valid, as you may know warnings dont require verbals or previous warnings within the same catogery to have to be given out if that was the case people would rarely ever get warned and the server would be a mess its fully upto the staff member to make the decision to warn you and if he wishes to forgive you in this appeal.

So the fact I was still in the process of building means nothing? im sorry that is kinda bullshit. Iv seen plenty of people make dups that break the building rules and the admin just goes upto them and tells them/removes it How he dealt with this is complete bullshit. he warns one person but not the next. Same rule break and same situation.

#1 The punishment is valid and you were denying to remove the props after i told you to do so 10 times.
#2 Micky didn't get warned because he had no recents.
#3 I've never said that you should be warned because i was warned in the past. I said this:
Dr Richard: Lol wwait to see my rapsheet
Dr Richard: I got o many warns about this

So instead of slandering me and spreading some information that you made up, why don't you just admit to what you have done. And fix your attitude as well...

I was simply doing my job.

EDIT - Also, i would like a CM to check the logs and tell me where i wrote something like this in chat.

Slandering your name? As i said "something along those lines" Thats not slander. As for asking me to remove 10 times, That is infact a lie. I asked to see the rule. and you kept saying the number. I then replied with thats not a rule thats number because i couldn't see the motd at the time. As soon as you showed the rule, you removed the props on your own. Then instantly warned me.
As for the micky part you removed his props multiple times before even freezing him. So you can not say he listened to you first time. because he didn't.

Staff word is final, he doesn't have to show you the rule, it's not even considered a good practice. Lol.

I spoke with Richard and I have decided to accept this appeal and unwarn Jack. Mickey and bunny done the same thing and was never warned for the rulebreak. Jack himself has claimed that he was unsure of that rule in the first place. The way the situation was handled was wrong therefore this is accepted.
