Story/Situation - I was just gagged without any verbal warning
Extra Information - I would just like to be verbally warned or via a message if it's clear that i was not intentionally micspamming. However everyone has a different POV maybe it was just me screaming for Kim.

It would be nice to know exactly what you were doing that was considered mic spam. Let’s say you were playing really loud and disruptive music, a verbal would not be necessary before gagging, but still better than instant gagging. However let’s say that your mic was broken and making annoying noises, then obviously staff should make you aware of it first and tell you to stop using it or fix it before gagging you.

Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. After talking with the staff member who punished you i have come to the conclusion to deny this. It is not the only gag for micspam on your rapsheet. I did recommend to the staff member that in future it is best that they give you a verbal first to stop micspamming however the punishment given will remain on your rapsheet. This has been
