TOPIC: [TTT] Warning Appeal

So I was playing on your TTT server and I happen to be have been warned once since this report. However I was then kicked from your Server for RDM and one of your moderators explained to me why but wouldn't listen to my reasoning.

So here it is in Forum form

During the match the gamertag of Lesp shouted if I die its lolgrant. After a while or more of TTT I then asked if he was alive to which I got no response. So I called a KOS on Lolgrant and found him myself by the lighthouse. I was then reported by lolgrant for RDMing because it turns it wasn't lolgrant that killed him and was in fact another traitor. He decided to ignore my statement about Lesp dying and proceeds with the report. I then get kicked for RDM, I return to find 2 things. 1. The moderator in question explaining why he kicked me and says case closed and then people start accusing me of ghosting and 2. a console message from another admin who says he supports my kill with a time stamp of the kill in question.

Please repeal this warning since it came within the rules of calling out a KOS since the KOS was called is Lesp died and he went completly silent

I feel that if I have support from an admin who was in game then that should be more than enough reason to repeal this warning.#

I mean, this is kind of a spot where it's hard to moderate, how much time passed? You have no way of knowing when he dies and made the statement that if he is dead, then it was this certain player. Of course you can only really assume this, but take it as a kos by the dead player. I honestly think this should be accepted and k find it stupid to deny this as for it being such a dark spot, good luck! :plussp:

Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. After looking through your appeal and talking to Dr House we have come to the conclusion to deny this. It became clear quickly that you had in fact killed on suspicion, you yourself even admitted in your response to the report in game that you assumed the guy was dead but had no way of knowing for sure. On top of that even if someone does say something along the lines of "if i die its ..." this should never be taken as a KOS as many things could happen between them saying that and being killed. Oh and you were not manually kicked by the admin it was automatic because you had 3 active warnings. This has been

He himself said that some time had passed from that alone he shouldn't have called the KOS.
