I mean, this is kind of a spot where it's hard to moderate, how much time passed? You have no way of knowing when he dies and made the statement that if he is dead, then it was this certain player. Of course you can only really assume this, but take it as a kos by the dead player. I honestly think this should be accepted and k find it stupid to deny this as for it being such a dark spot, good luck!
