Story/Situation - So here is the original story. I was so high at that moment, I went on S1 and then I was running around spawn and there was a guy who was trying to kill me so I equipped a jugg and a gluon and then I accidentally pressed my jugg bind and I unequiped. I had my gluon out and I was dropping it so I went to a corner to hide there waiting for my gluon to drop and then somehow I nocliped to TDM while my gluon was dropping and at that time, Spicy was spectating me and he asked me to come on TS so we can have a conversation about what happened. We talked for like 5 minutes and then I made a fake scene showing me doping the gluon before nocliping to TDM then I uploaded it and sent it to him and went afk for like 5-6min. After I came back, I was stoned as hell then I felt bad about what I did so I poked him on TS saying that I want to talk to him about something and then he mooved me to a spacer and I admitted to him what I did. That's pretty much what happened.

Extra Information - I just want to point out that I'm an honest guy, if I do something I straight admit to it. We all improve by making mistakes and learning from them. I've been staff for like 12 weeks and I've been doing my job correctly without any mistake (Never got an official), dedicating a huge part of my time to help the server. Demoting me without official is exrtremly harsh. There have even been staff members that hacked on the servers and only got an official warning and nothing more. Even if you believe this demotion is justified, then that should apply to all punishments handed out by LT members for similar acts, however that is not the case.
I want to add one last thing, if you demote staff members so easily, it shows that you don't care about their efforts, about the big part of time that they dedicate towards this community. So please reconsider your actions.

An official should be more than enough since he admitted. Had he not and the LT found out by themselves then sure a demotion is deserved. But given he admitted and didn't get any officials before he shouldn't be straight up demoted for that.

I'd say just remove your gluon out of your inventory and bring back him to admin rank with one official warning instead of a fucking demote hello?

EiPus was brought up for deliberately harassing players and corruption.

There was literally video evidence of one of the incidents, and also had EiPus on video asking blantanly saying “be corrupt and unwarn ****, come on be corrupt for ****” to another staff member and EiPus was only given an official.

Also want to add that instead of EiPus publicly apologizing to me on the forums, he instead gave me 75mil in game, what a bitch.

The fact this vote goes through kind of gives the community the idea the higher your rank the more untouchable you are.

Oxy is really dedicated and a great staff member. OxyFoxy apologized and he should not have been demoted at all.

Which staff handled this and voted yes to you being demoted, that's what I want to know. I know I probably won't be given the names but I'd love to know, I'd say I'm surprised but so much random and stupid shit happens on Zarp now a days.

So many grudges and stupid shit on this server these days that the staff team is just completely random, half of them don't do shit and then the other half are just left thinking "Why should I put effort when nobody else is?", seems like the lead team needs to sort their shit.

I understand I'm probably going to get slated for saying this but there really isn't many reasons to play Zarp anymore, the community is at the lowest I've ever seen and I'm not even talking about the amount of players, nobody does anything anymore, it's just gambling and being shop owner. The most action and excitement the server gets is a PD raid, Nuke or an event. Zarp really has changed and honestly a lot of you are just in denial about it, I always returned to Zarp because there was something to come back to but these days there's really not much. anyway rant over; that's my two cents on Zarp these days and yes get Oxy back ffs.

This is bullshit lol, I've made a similar mistake I changed my noclulip bind to my old psg bind and during raids I always did that shit on accident and I don't think I was ever brought up for it.
