Story/Situation - So here is the original story. I was so high at that moment, I went on S1 and then I was running around spawn and there was a guy who was trying to kill me so I equipped a jugg and a gluon and then I accidentally pressed my jugg bind and I unequiped. I had my gluon out and I was dropping it so I went to a corner to hide there waiting for my gluon to drop and then somehow I nocliped to TDM while my gluon was dropping and at that time, Spicy was spectating me and he asked me to come on TS so we can have a conversation about what happened. We talked for like 5 minutes and then I made a fake scene showing me doping the gluon before nocliping to TDM then I uploaded it and sent it to him and went afk for like 5-6min. After I came back, I was stoned as hell then I felt bad about what I did so I poked him on TS saying that I want to talk to him about something and then he mooved me to a spacer and I admitted to him what I did. That's pretty much what happened.

Extra Information - I just want to point out that I'm an honest guy, if I do something I straight admit to it. We all improve by making mistakes and learning from them. I've been staff for like 12 weeks and I've been doing my job correctly without any mistake (Never got an official), dedicating a huge part of my time to help the server. Demoting me without official is exrtremly harsh. There have even been staff members that hacked on the servers and only got an official warning and nothing more. Even if you believe this demotion is justified, then that should apply to all punishments handed out by LT members for similar acts, however that is not the case.
I want to add one last thing, if you demote staff members so easily, it shows that you don't care about their efforts, about the big part of time that they dedicate towards this community. So please reconsider your actions.
