It's understandable that you feel this way, but later in the meeting a LT member was given a warning because he abused his powers in a different way. To treat someone completely different than everyone else that we have given demotion/warnings to is unfair and against policy. We have people who have hacked, abused their powers to raid, and tried to get fellow staff members to be corrupt. Yet because he noclipped he should be instantly demoted? I think not.

Staff members should only be demoted without official warnings in extreme cases. Such cases would primarily be when the staff member behaves without reasoning and can no longer be properly spoken to. Mass abuse is a good example, an act that has in the worst cases lead to a community ban.

What happened with Oxy and with EiPUS are not extreme cases. ZARP has always valued its staff members and it should continue to do so.

I love Oxy, but i disagree with you Raeker,
Oxy lied to 6 different LT Members, making fake evidence to prove that he didn't do such a thing, and actually doing it, there was also evidence of him having a bad attitude in an Admin Sit, i still support this, but maybe a demotion to Moderator was the right thing in the end.

I didn't lie to 6 different LT members, at the first place it was dealt with when I admitted to Spicy then he had a conversation with Corgi and they both came to the conclusion that I have to be retrained.

I don’t understand this either the protocol for a situation like this is almost always an official before a straight up demotion. The last time I can remember that not happening was when Doom was just instantly demoted from his rank with no warning and that didn’t end up very well. Unless it was a very serious offense I don’t understand why a demotion would be warranted.

Anyone that has ever played a server in this community knows for a fact that this demotion was bullshit and not deserved. Yes oxy broke a rule and lied about but are you kidding me I can’t count how many times that has happened over the years and no official let alone a demotion has been handed out , can we look back at when Xnator abused or when Eipus abuses or even when para admitted to hacking.. Like this made no sense whatsoever and it should’ve never happened and we need to stop pretending that it was because he abused because it wasn’t , he got demoted because the lead team in the meeting are biased towards him and don’t necessarily like him but we need to stop pretending there was no bias here because there was 100% , no way that he deserved a demotion here and without a full lead team I don’t think they should ever even be doing demotions without everyone , because different lead team play at different on days and different times and know people better and it throws out the bias that has been created. I know for a fact that I’m not the only one that sees the bias the lead team has right now and that one main reason why I came back and am working hard to get myself up there to change it , I’m not afraid to say right now that some of the lead team members don’t deserve to be there right now because they honestly don’t and I’m not alone here either , Zarp was popular when we had a trustworthy and unbiased lead team and updates , now it starting to look more like FP everyday the good lead team resigned and they brought people in who thought that they knew what they were doing and they didn’t. I’m not saying that zarp is bad but if we keep letting stuff like this happens people are going to stick around something needs to change.

For just talkin some shit too on a non-zarp discord server (everyone talks shit literally), oh and the thing morgan tried framing me for making it out like I was withholding info from the lead team even though it was proven I was inactive at the time dealing with irl shit.
