What was the reason of the warning(s)?: 2.7 RDM
Which server did this occur on?: Murder
What happened? The murder ran towards me so I attempted to shoot him, and the first shot missed amd the second shot the murder jumped out of the way and it accidentally hit flamingfury312.
Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)?: As mentioned in rule 2.7 RDM, "Do not kill people for no reason. You may only kill someone if you have a valid reason I never intended to hit flamingfury312 and thought he was a little rough on me.

After reviewing your appeal and a long talk with Flamingfury we have decided to accept this.
As you have said, you were trying to kill the murderer but accidentally killed a bystander. You were not trying to break the RDM rule, so another chance should have been given in that situation. It's a common mistake and everyone can accidentally kill someone once . Be more careful in the future and try to avoid killing innocent people.
