After reviewing your appeal and a long talk with Flamingfury we have decided to accept this.
As you have said, you were trying to kill the murderer but accidentally killed a bystander. You were not trying to break the RDM rule, so another chance should have been given in that situation. It's a common mistake and everyone can accidentally kill someone once . Be more careful in the future and try to avoid killing innocent people.
