Story/Situation -
I accidentally killed John whistle he was noclipped cloaked, I didn't know he was cloaked at that time neither did I know he was there but I killed him afterwards in a few shots of jackhammer (was shooting infront of my friend's face, turned out he was cloaked there also we were on a roof) didn't notice he was taking damage then he just respawns and jails me for 10minutes for that accidental shit and leaving me there without even speaking about it. I tried to reach to him but he was being ignorant and I find this unfair tbh, I did rdm him but on accident but 10 minutes jail for that?

Extra Information -
This warning was like a week ago since 3/11, which actually costed my admin application to get denied, I've went to roy to speak about this unfair jail at the start since I thought my appeal would be nothing without proof, was mistaken ops. I just want this jail to get off my rapsheet.

You got jailed for killing him which did not harm his or anyone else's experience I think he should read through the ethos again. We don’t want people that break very minor rules that have no impact on other people or servers being needlessly punished when a simple talk can resolve the situation. I have spoken with John about this, and we have both agreed that the punishment was way harsher than was necessary given the circumstances, and the fact that you had no recent punishments. Though John does not remember whether or not he was cloaked when it happened, we have decided to give you the benefit of the doubt in this situation, since you apologised to him for it. The jail will be removed from your rapsheet.
