Story/Situation -
I accidentally killed John whistle he was noclipped cloaked, I didn't know he was cloaked at that time neither did I know he was there but I killed him afterwards in a few shots of jackhammer (was shooting infront of my friend's face, turned out he was cloaked there also we were on a roof) didn't notice he was taking damage then he just respawns and jails me for 10minutes for that accidental shit and leaving me there without even speaking about it. I tried to reach to him but he was being ignorant and I find this unfair tbh, I did rdm him but on accident but 10 minutes jail for that?

Extra Information -
This warning was like a week ago since 3/11, which actually costed my admin application to get denied, I've went to roy to speak about this unfair jail at the start since I thought my appeal would be nothing without proof, was mistaken ops. I just want this jail to get off my rapsheet.
