uhm i forgot when but Faithful checked the logs and said there are no logs of me leveling Up this year.
It said in the F4 Menu i already unlocked the pd cases before i was even on that lvl.

We did double check this and it does definitely give you the cases when you rank up so it may be that you ranked up and didn't see the cases before disconnecting or the menu was glitched and didn't show you the correct rank at the time which has happened before.
