just don't rdm with a gluon this isn't going to be refunded, you decided to break rules with an item therefore you can lose said item.

We only refund items that are lost due to serverside issues like crashes, major bugs, etc.
You lost your gluon gun because of a punishment issued by Hiro. If you feel like your punishment was excessive feel free to talk to the staff member or make a report on them as outlined in this forum thread. Your item(s) will not be refunded.
