Server: SSRP First incident happend on S1 and second incident happend on S3

Date/Time of Incident: 24.4.2020 and 29.4.2020
Item(s) Lost: 2 Master Swords

Story: So basically I joined the server 5 days ago and my master sword disapeared from my inventory, I didn't lose it and I didn't forget to holster it. Yesterday I unboxed another master sword from my inventory and when I logged in today once again the master sword was not in my inventory so 2 master swords just vanished from my inventory.
If possible I would like a refund for atleast 1 of my master swords or any other type of compensation for that matter.
Evidence: I don't have any proof of this and I dont know if its possible to get a proof of something like this.

I would say that it was the problem but I never owned 2 master swords at the same time. The first sword was the one that you gave me and it basically vanished from my inv the day after. Same happend with the master sword I unboxed yesterday.	CoCoBean Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 19 Karma: 0

Hi CoCoBean,
We have investigated the logs for you and found that you equipped the Master Sword and then disconnected without holstering it first. Unfortunately if you disconnect without holstering a weapon first it will be lost.
