Item(s) Lost: 2 Master Swords

Story: So basically I joined the server 5 days ago and my master sword disapeared from my inventory, I didn't lose it and I didn't forget to holster it. Yesterday I unboxed another master sword from my inventory and when I logged in today once again the master sword was not in my inventory so 2 master swords just vanished from my inventory.
If possible I would like a refund for atleast 1 of my master swords or any other type of compensation for that matter.
Evidence: I don't have any proof of this and I dont know if its possible to get a proof of something like this.
