Time / Date of when it happened: 16/05/2019 idk the exact time but it was Between 1 am and 3 am

Item/s lost: 3 iridium pickaxes

Proof *VIDEO/PICTURES*: not needed

Story: I was mining some gems then Nafe on and restarted the server because it was laggy and only 2 of my accounts Received the refund and 3 were lost.

this is the first time? also, I had 5 alts on so it a higher chance of losing items that are equipped but what I don't understand is why the system is so weird like if I time out my equipped items will all get refunded but if it a server issue i usually have problems with the refunds
