Story: Ok, so I had been basing on server 3 for a long time. At around 10 am GMT+1, new players noticed they had no inventory and 0$.

I had not noticed since for me it was normal. Recorded this just in case. I cannot /refund to get the printers back either. About 50 mil short once I joined up again, I understand if that can not be refunded!

I personally destroyed your printers right after I called a Community Manager online to restart the server. Sorry if it caused some confusion!

Ah, ok. Thought I would get it since I´m still 50m down from when I was connected last. Meaning the database was down the whole time?

I mean, I had 109 mil or so in that one picture. Connected back on S1 2 hours ago or so, with 50m less. Don´t have any more evidence than those pictures. Don´t know how I could prove it by myself any better than that. It´s fine though, shit happens!

Ok, thanks again for the explanation. No, it´s not your fault so I can´t ask you for that, thanks for offering though. It was just 50m and maybe a ton in the prints, don´t know when it restarted. Too bad about the boosters though! Hard to print on S3 if this keeps happening :/
