I don't think you get wht i'm trying to say. So, this is what the refund policy says

Refund Request Criteria

You ARE allowed to submit a refund request if you have lost items from either:

A server crash or rollback and cannot retrieve your items using /restore or /restore all
A confirmed bug
An unexpected incident or some other server side issue, of which, you have no control over

Since I destroyed your printers before the server restarted, they were legitimately destroyed and you lost them whilst the server was still active. Therefore, you cannot get your printers refunded.
