TOPIC: ⭐ Community Team Meeting Outcome - 20/12/2022

Today's Community Team meeting has been completed. We have been discussing detailed plans for the coming weeks, answering emails, talking about future updates and servers, as well as talking with the Server Owners and laying out our plans for the next SSRP and Pointshop updates. New Map Developer

Recently Clarky has extended out a helping hand to the Community Team in regards to mapping, we are very pleased with the work he has done, especially with the upcoming Christmas map you will soon be seeing on the DarkRP server! Clarky will also be available to help with pointshop servers if ever required and is always just a message away.

As a result of Clarky being given the map developer role, we have reopened the map issues / suggestions category on the forums, this section is specifically for SSRP however. So if you have any bugs to report or suggestions for the current map then please do make your voice heard.


With the Christmas update around the corner, the upcoming map will be my first actual map release. I am really excited to see what you guys think of it when it is released this coming Wednesday!

I am aware there may be a couple visual issues here and there, these have been raised to me by the lead team and I promise to do much better in our next map update. I am looking for a lot of ideas as well as any bugs you may have experienced in the current RP Downtown Tits V2 map, please direct yourselves to this section if you have anything to mention.

With that being said, I have not forgotten about any of the Pointshop servers. Given that I am now a map developer for the community, I will be available to take on any further suggestions and bug reports for Deathrun, TTT and Prop Hunt. I have no experience in Bhop & Surf maps unfortunately so it is worth mentioning this now to avoid any disappointment, but if this becomes widely requested of me to look into then I will do my best to put some time into learning more about these movement maps.

The long-awaited big Surf Update/New gamemode is just around the corner, ready to be released for everyone to see! Join us this Wednesday 21st at 7PM GMT! A bunch of new features which include, all new ranking system, record bots and much more customization abilities!

⭐ Deathrun December 2022 Update ⭐

The Deathrun server will be updating at 2 PM GMT on Wednesday, 21/12/2022.

Christmas is here, soon it will be 2023.
Unlike the halloween update, this one will not have a major seasonal theme. ...Unless winter pointshop update?
Featuring two new (old) maps that have been brought back. More on that later.
This update also brings small QOL and visual improvements.
We've listened to the feedback about the Power Rounds, some have been nerfed or removed.
There will also be some new Power Rounds as well.

Last but not least!

With Christmas just around the corner we would like to remind all of our staff and potential applicants for positions within our servers, that there will not be any staff meetings for the next couple of weeks as it is of course Christmas and New Years. This is to allow our staff team who all work extremely hard to spend time with their families over the festive period.

The next meetings will take place from the 7th of January 2023! Merry Christmas once again, ZARP!
