NEW POLICY - Refund Requests

Sometimes users will experience issues on our servers, of which, are out of their control and may subsequently lose item(s) as a result of these incidents. Should this happen, users may be eligible to submit a refund request in order to get their item(s) back.
Only members of the Community Team may review, accept or deny these requests. You should always ensure your request is inline with the current Rules & Guidelines before you submit it.
Refund Request Review
When reviewing a refund request, the following things should be considered:
Is there sufficient evidence? Does it prove that the supplied item(s) have been lost?
Does the refund request follow the correct template? Is there enough information?
Is the refund request inline with the current Rules & Guidelines?
Refund Request Sections
The refund requests section has accepted and denied sub-sections that are used to assist in forum moderation; below is a list of situations that dictate what sub-section a refund request belongs in.
A refund request should be moved to the Accepted section if:
The request has been accepted; regardless if it has been refunded or not.
A refund request should be moved to the Denied section if:
The request does not follow the appropriate template.
The request does not have sufficient evidence/information.
The request is fabricated or otherwise fraudulent in some way.
NEW POLICY - Community Council

The Community Council assist team works closely together with the Community Team in order to with the improvement of community related issues. They discuss relevant issues, suggestions and complaints with the Community Team and help to plan improvements for the issues raised. Members of the Community Council also assist with communication between different ranks and users and should always do so in a calm and appropriate manner.
The Community Council gain no extra powers ingame. They should aim to always attend the Community Council meeting as scheduled on the ZARP meeting schedule in accordance with all relevant meeting rules as defined in the Meeting Rules policy.
Community Council selection
Any member of the community is eligible to apply for the Community Council. This will take place through an application system. Community Team members may vote to open or close the Community Council applications within the weekly Community Team meeting. When applications are open, this should be publicised on the Community Team meeting outcome, with applications being voted upon in the following week’s Community Team meeting.
There is no limit on the number of people that may be part of the Community Council. This is the discretion of the current Community Team.
Community Council Meeting
The Community Council meeting is governed by the Meeting Rules as follows:
This meeting is separate to all server meetings and may include votes on any topics approved by the Community Team. The purpose of this meeting is discussion more than voting, which should be taken into account when attending the Community Council meeting. Refer to the non-application meetings and server meetings sections.
Members of the Community Council and Community Team only are eligible to participate in this meeting.
The Community Council meeting cannot take place unless 3 eligible members or 50% of all eligible members are in attendance, or 50% when there are less than 4 eligible members.
The Community Council meeting cannot take place unless at least 1 Community Team member is in attendance.
The current Community Council meeting is scheduled weekly on Friday 8.30PM UK local time.
