Hello, I would say so. A rulebreaking can't authorize anyone to commit another rulebreaking. And as a Detective cannot possibly be a T, it would be a RDM. If this happens again, I would rather suggest report the player, especially if he did it on purpose. But the word from a staff member would prove more reliable than mine. If another detective intentionally destroyed your healthstation you should report him for breaking rule 2.4 T-Baiting and not kill him. He broke a rule but this does not allow you to do the same.
