If a player is disrespectful:
Depending on the behavior of the player is showing. I would give a warning.
if the person continues disrespecting players i would kick him(whit the reason)
If he joins back and still act like a ass i would ragdoll him for a round or 2.
etc

mic spam followed whit a mute for a few min.

Why I should be chosen?
mainly because you are looking or staff, butt also so i can have a little bit more to do when i'm playing,
And to keep the players behavior in path when needed.
I can also be helpful to players when they need to know something.
And i know a bit of coding if needed.

I really dont know to which server are you applying, in order to be recognasible you have to format your SUBJECT correctly such as [SERVER] Player's Moderator Application ( In your situation it will be propaby [DR] Joey's Moderator Application.

Please take more effort to write your application, its very messy and there are grammar mistakes.

If you want to be accepted on server where you are applying you have to fix this asap.
