Depending on the behavior of the player is showing. I would give a warning.
if the person continues disrespecting players i would kick him(whit the reason)
If he joins back and still act like a ass i would ragdoll him for a round or 2.

Why I should be chosen?
mainly because you are looking or staff, butt also so i can have a little bit more to do when i'm playing,
And to keep the players behavior in path when needed.
I can also be helpful to players when they need to know something.
And i know a bit of coding if needed.
