TOPIC: [Staff] F1 Count

I feel like F1 count needs to have more rules enforced or have the minimum increased. Right now, the minimum is 40 which I know over 70% of our staff team probably doesn't have as I see no staff helping me, ever. Especially on server 3. When I do see staff handling f1's, They're farming f1's that are 15 minutes older or more to make it so they don't have server logs and can say they don't have logs so the player says okay and lets it slide, therefor gaining them a free f1. I feel like there needs to be some kind of rules set in place right now because right now there's only a few staff including Dramn and myself that I see actually trying to help users.

i have like 3 this week bc i havent been on at all, but next week school starts for me so idk when il get it up

There's even been some situations where I have seen staff talking, rping, or talking in admin chat. The second I ask for help all admins or mods seem to go afk and then I'm left to do 11 active f1's (Some are even over 50 minutes go!!) and do them alone or with Dramn, the only other staff that I ever see doing f1's with me online on a regular. And don't say its due to timezone, you obviously don't know me. I'm on at night, im on in the day. Evening, and morning. I have a weird schedule and I cover pretty much all time zones every week.

I have to agree here, there always seems to be so many staff on but barely any of them do their job.

waiting 40 min for f1 is not good

I feel 40 is a good amount between summer and the rest of the year, the lead team and I have been and will continue to more effectively crack down on staff that just don't do their job.

I've yet to see tamaninja actively doing f1's. The way I see it he only does his job when he witnesses some rule break.

Disclaimer - I may be wrong on this but this is from my experience.

There is currently no minimum or maximum, it's advised you get 40+ F1s a week if not more. You are however expected to always do your job and not use it for your own gain.
