I find the same on S1 Mirx thanks for making a point of this.

I also want to point out I've seen Moderators and even Admins go to the extend of going AFK or at least pretending, as Mirx said. Some don't and just continue to chat and ignore F1's, I'm not going name and shame as I've already spoken to LT members about the some I've spotted, it's not fair for you to apply and use poor excuses not to help out.

I can understand having done a lot of F1s in that day and wanting to have the rest of the day of a few hours to yourself, but yet again it's not fair to obviously ignore the F1s in hope of another staff member doing them, if you begin to see the build up, jump on them and don't let them get so far you don't even think you can catch up...

The advised F1 count doesn't need to be lowered or raised, it can stay the same - what needs to be done is being more harsh and cracking down on the staff who are going for the bare minimum and aren't even willing to do the job they applied for.

This isn't aimed at those who have a decent reason to not be doing them, if you physically cannot make it on to do them then don't feel bad.

To those who know they're ignoring them just because you're lazy, either resign or man up and realise it's part and parcel of being a staff member...

Completely agree with you, it should be raised and a lot more strict as that is what the staff are for

There are most definitely staff that need to get their shit together and actually get on the servers, there are several lead team members that bring up ideas each week for how these staff could be either improved or removed from the team.

wouldn't it be a good idea to boost count if the staff have a reward for the top 10 staff who does f1s every week so like for 5m or something and it would incorage the staff to do the f1s that everyone hates doing to win a prze at the end of the week
