TOPIC: Staff needs rework

Issue: Staff needs rework. Staff usually would take around 2 hours just to get to my F1s usually. These are the fast days. Some days, they dont even get responded. We had a discussion in OOC on server #1, a Staff member said staff meeting are more important because its for recruiting new staff. What I say is, STOP RECRUITING NEW STAFF. Your adding more staff and more staff just to do one job but none of them rarely handle f1s. I am not saying all staff members are completly useless. I have seen a few admin and mod who are very fast at responding to F1s. I seen MOD ON DUTY go AFK and not reply to F1s. Seriously wtf?

A few problem that needs rework. F1 system. Sometime, Staff just need to think about the situation.
For example, On ZARP RP #3, There is mass Prop push, Prop spam. Instead of going straight to the source, the Mod would proceed to answer 500 F1 regarding ONE GUY instead of watching the guy and banning him. See the problem?

Rework #2: The time that it require for staff to respond to F1s. I been watching streams lately of staff members. I would see a notification in the corner of 6 F1s. Some people has picture of 11 F1s. They would just go IGNORED. Remember the good ol rp days when we have @? It deliver messages straight to the admin, I mean sure you want organization. But, sometime results matters more than organization.
Examples: Mass Propush at ZARP #3. Makes F1s. Mods takes 2 hour to arrive. Said wheres "Proof". WHY THE FUCK DOES IT MATTER ANYMORE? the Minge would have already left. If your familiar with most minge, they would just move on to the next server.
Example #2: You have question on how special weapons work. Mod again would take long ass time to respond. By that time, a random player in ooc would already answer your question.

Please Stop recruiting staff but give them trainning and tell them to actully do stuff. I might not be aware of something that staff does do when we dont see it but I think managing the rule breaking and minge around the server would be a lot more helpful. Stop recruiting staff too much. We already have like 40 staff members. I would see 5 AFK staff member on Server 1 and no staff member on server #3 and server #1 would have more mass rdm and minges than server #3. I am not saying all staff are lazy. I am just saying staff needs rework.

Just a little info here:

I pay over $80 for my phone every month which includes customer support ( F1's ) and when I contact them for something like a network issue I can be on wait for over 30mins just so I can speak to someone and then if they can help me with it its another 30/40 mins after telling my side of the story and them looking in to it. So all together its around a hour long process for something I pay real money for an something THEY get paid to do. On Zarp the staff get paid NOTHING at all and they get NO BENEFITS for being staff so I think you can see where I'm getting at here. We don't force them to do f1's and we do see how many they do before they get a promotion. We have 100's of thousands of people enter the Zarp services at any given time which is A LOT to keep up with for a couple staff members. I can guarantee you that the staff do hundreds of situations a day .
