Just a little info here:

I pay over $80 for my phone every month which includes customer support ( F1's ) and when I contact them for something like a network issue I can be on wait for over 30mins just so I can speak to someone and then if they can help me with it its another 30/40 mins after telling my side of the story and them looking in to it. So all together its around a hour long process for something I pay real money for an something THEY get paid to do. On Zarp the staff get paid NOTHING at all and they get NO BENEFITS for being staff so I think you can see where I'm getting at here. We don't force them to do f1's and we do see how many they do before they get a promotion. We have 100's of thousands of people enter the Zarp services at any given time which is A LOT to keep up with for a couple staff members. I can guarantee you that the staff do hundreds of situations a day .
