If anyone has a problem with my moderating make an appeal or talk to a higher staff member about it. Stop all the drama and bs, hate on the servers and drama on the forums.

understand that they are not happy because they did not hurt anyone and that friendly banter between 2 players that are in on it is not breaking the rules according to the new staff ethos

if you see a rdm then confront the players and if both confirm that its simpel banter then its fine

no need for further action then just you to keep it in mind for the next time

When people add #DemoteCoutinroy to their RP Name, pretty sure this makes a person feel bad about himself.

On the other hand when other staff members tell you you're doing a good job, you definitely would want to keep up your good work.

As a staff member my job is to keep ZARP clear of rulebreak. I do allow banter, I have some myself with mates. But just rulebreaking and claiming it's for fun should be spoken off. "Well yeah I was just thundergunning my friend for a laugh, idc if I ruined someone's RP." I'm sure nobody wants to get to that.

You don't seem to phase the difference between users having some laughs and simple rulebreaks, you deserve the hate to try to show you that you're not doing something right imo. Making a post like this only makes things worse.

1v1's are allowed as long as both parties agree to it. Meaning Player X asks Player Y if they want to 1v1 and Player Y says sure, on go Player Y dies and Player X gets warned for RDM? that's not how it works just letting you all know.
If players are having some banter (Killing each other in a base and defibbing) or else ware as long as it isn't major or affecting/causing any issues on the server its fine just let them be but if it gets out of control then do something. I kill my friends with banter all the time, heck I shoot EMP in the face in spawn for no reason because he looked at me. Banter goes throughout the server hence why it is called Semi-Serious Role Play not everything is supposed to be taken seriously. Be more lenient is all I say and ask me before you TP and I wont shoot you

Coutiroy and Clarky did a amazing job dealing with the mass rule breakers and mic spammers, they dealt with them fast and appropriately. Also before Clarky came on Coutiroy was handeling around 11 f1's if I'm right as a mod without any other staff online. That right their was a tough thing to do. He dealt with them until higher action from Clarky could have been taken place, so big props to them.

By the way your aim was terrible earlier in our 1v1's

Fair enough players are just trying to have fun but then there is cops who see this and arrest them like they are supposed to do and then we get an f1 about someone crying they were rdaed xD. If you are gonna 1v1 your friend, remember there are others trying to rp so accept if you get arrested.

Last night was the first time I've really seen Coutinroy and what I saw was a mod who had logged on to a huge amount of F1s and rule breaks going on.

He was working his ass off to try and do the F1s while getting flooded with complaints from people who were having to wait to have their F1 done.

He couldn't be everywhere and handle every situation at the same time. I contacted Clarky to come on and help him because he really was trying his best.

(I haven't been in a sit with him so I don't know the standard of his sits, I just know he was doing his best)
