When people add #DemoteCoutinroy to their RP Name, pretty sure this makes a person feel bad about himself.

On the other hand when other staff members tell you you're doing a good job, you definitely would want to keep up your good work.

As a staff member my job is to keep ZARP clear of rulebreak. I do allow banter, I have some myself with mates. But just rulebreaking and claiming it's for fun should be spoken off. "Well yeah I was just thundergunning my friend for a laugh, idc if I ruined someone's RP." I'm sure nobody wants to get to that.
