TOPIC: The Current Staff Team

Disclaimer : I am not disrespecting the staff team in this forums post. It's just my opinion on the situation.

Now, I haven't made this appeal to complain about the Staff Team. I've made it to talk about them, and it's current situation. I've noticed that there's usually always staff on, but I don't really see most of them doing anything, besides walking around the map. Granted, a lot of them actually do stuff, such as F1's etc. but a lot of them don't actually help what's going on. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=708551251 <--- Stuff, like that. Really, shouldn't be a thing, and that screenshot isn't just to directed at Sally (Lucilla) it's at 1/4 of the staff team. I've noticed a lot of people complain about the respect the staff team shows. I've seen Zarp go downhill over the 2 years, I've played, and at this point it's rock bottom. As, much as I love the server others, and I have considered quitting, and moving on from the server. Now, what we could do about the staff team situation.

1. Recruit New Staff (Optional) ; I'm not saying get rid of ALL staff, but get rid of the one's that don't really help, and abuse. (Not saying they abuse just an example) Recruit some more staff from different locations, especially staff in US (Or people that are on US Time)
2. Better Your Current Staff Team ; Now, what I mean by bettering the staff team is, talking to them and helping their understanding on how to help/discipline people on the server.
3. Keep Track Of Your Staff Team ; Alright, so keeping track of how often they are on, and actually start making schedules is crucial! (Not like in-real-life work, but similar to that) Certain times they won't be available during the schedules, and that's okay. Just, at least make sure the staff member / team is active.
4. Actually Discipline Players ; Woah, this coming from me? Tyler K or Boman. I know I'm a rule breaker in some situations, but I feel like each time I haven't been given the full discipline I deserve. Like for real. For all the stuff I've done I think I deserve a week ban at the least. What, I'm suggesting here is making the punishments more severe, and making warns not go away

Yes, Clarky. I have many more screenshots of Sally, disrespecting. But, that's the main point of this forums post.

Yeah you know you need better staff when your fucking super admin won't do anything when there is mass rdm,rda and illegal bases on the server.

Holly, helps me out a lot, but I do have to say ALL staff don't help with the mass RDM at spawn.

The staff team has only gotten better, I'm very proud of majority of the F1 times in which they're handled and how they are handled. I highly doubt 25% of our staff team as you claimed do not do much, we have a few bad apples every now and then but it's fixable through conversation, trainings, etc. We're also not going to "Get rid of staff that abuse". If a staff abuses for the first time, we will most likely speak about it as a lead team and come upon a decision. Most of the time it's not a straight up demote, more or less a speaking to or warning. If they do it again, then most likely it will end up in a demotion.

A single demotion right off the bat for something that's trainable and fixable through experience or a serious speaking to isn't worth it, and we can lose potentially great staff members in the future if we do this.
