Server Name: SSRP 1 & 2

Suggestion Title: Crown Victoria Police Cars

How would it benefit the server: Make it more realistic

Potential Issues/Exploits: Not sure of many besides possible bugs

Additional notes: Adding the Crown Victoria Police car and maybe the undercover cars.
Also possibly adding a rule that police only are allowed to drive those cars if this were added.
