Suggestion Title: Police Car

How would it benefit the server: it adds more rp to the server, there are many police cars out there and it could make some great fun. Examples of when this would be cool was if someone was wreckless driving, cops could jump in their car, turn on the siren and lights and pull them over.

Potential Issues/Exploits: none I can think of

Additional notes: Just thought it would be cool
