TOPIC: i got RDMED with diamond pickaxe

so as it is written in the title i got RDMED while mining and any admin didnt come to help me,no one. the guy that killed me named ''paul alta''(steam id: STEAM_0:0:90838256).I want a serious answer about why no one came help me and i needed to buy another diamond picaxe.even the super admin named ''Brother Doombringer'' didnt came to help me even when i pm'd him to answer my request.there were more than five admins online when i sent the request.

There won't be any action without sufficient proof of the rule break and the steam ID.

But why no one helped him...?

i didnt asked for help after i bought another pickaxe,my question is why any admin didnt help me.just one reason.

If someone makes a rule break in-game you can press the F1 button on your keyboard and submit a report to all of the staff members. I know that the staff members would be with you as fast as possible.


Also if you want a refund. I am sorry we do not refund for rule breaks. But maybe a nice staff member or user will refund you out of their own pocket.
