If someone makes a rule break in-game you can press the F1 button on your keyboard and submit a report to all of the staff members. I know that the staff members would be with you as fast as possible.


Also if you want a refund. I am sorry we do not refund for rule breaks. But maybe a nice staff member or user will refund you out of their own pocket.
