TOPIC: I am confused!

I am confused! 8 years 4 months ago #239394

Yestarday I warned someone for arrsting for GangWeapon(not machate) and he started argueing about that he got his warning for no reason because guns are illegal and he said that he VERBALY told me to put it away which I probably didn't hear because he was behind me. After that he went to EMP about it and I got told off because you can get arrested for every single weapon.
So I am confuse then this means I can just camp at fountain make a check point and I can arrest every single gangster who I weapon check and has a proper good gang so in me opinion this means that if you go through litle holes in the rules is completely fine so just to test this I am going to do the same arrest for gang weapons and if I get demoted because of it he told me that its fine and I follow the rules of a owner because I respect him.
So guys pls leave your ideas down in the reply seccion it would help me a lot.

He said that there is no rule saying that u can't get arrested for Gang weapon and just because I am "salty" that i got arrested doesn't mean to warn someone

You can have the weapons on you without any problems, but when a police officer orders you to put it away and you don't its not RDA if they arrest you.

I'm pretty sure he is saying, someone got arrested for having the weapon on them. Not in the hand.

If you are not aware of the situation then please don't post. He was arrested for holding a gang weapon out affter an officer asked him to put it away.

So what you are saying that the gang weapons are arrest on sight then because its a big weapon?
then can you explain to me why when you walk trough a metal detector it won't beep red when walking trough?

But when i hold out a normal shot gun and i get arrested i get a fine

Please EMP explain the logic behind this all if the jack hammer and all other gang weapons won't detect as illegal weapon in both systems then why is it arrest on sight as it is basically a legal weapon according to the system
You are the only person on team that goes by the gang weapons are illegal .
The rest of us follow the gang weapons are the only weapons allowed as you spawn with them

He's defying our Lord EMP. This can't end well.

Even tho I totally agree with both you and EMP partially.

You should try and tell the person with a gang weapon to put it away before you AOS them, and you shouldn't AOS someone for them having Gang Weapons when you weapon check them.

your telling me if a guy has a weapon form a gang upgrade and he cannot holster it he will always be arrest on sight basically ?? It is a sad truth. A gun is a gun regardless... And big guns (rifles,smgs,snipers) and whatever there is, is a good enough reason to arrest. This is something that i personally will bring up in the lead team meeting. i agree but still it does not come up in the system when you get arrested with a gang weapon out so what im trying to say is
if the system is saying they are allowed. then we need to edit a rule

This rule would help -

Staff's word is final - If you have any issues with a punishment that was given you need to accept it and then speak with a higher member of staff about it. You also can make an appeal about a warn / ban here! ( Be sure to follow the template so your request can be answered quicker ) Mod > Admin > Super Admin > Head Admin > Community Manager > Owners

Loopholing
The rules are stated here as guidelines for the server, they are not here for you to scrutinize and try to look for loopholes. An admin's word on a rule is final. If you feel that they are abusing their powers, please gather evidence and post it in a form of a demote request, or bring it to the attention of a Super Admin.
