Can you please go ahead and copy the rule on the rule list that says that you cannot be arrested for using gang weapons. Because a gun is a gun regardless of how you aquire it and if a police officer orders you to put it away he can arrest you if you don't.

P.S. You wont be able to copy the rule because it doesn't exist.

so I guess I can weapon check everyone in a gang and if they have a gun bigger then a pistol I can arrest them and it is gonna look like rda but I am gonna say EMP proved there is no rule saying I can't arrest you for that gun so sorry sir hope you love the look of jail.

You can have the weapons on you without any problems, but when a police officer orders you to put it away and you don't its not RDA if they arrest you.

I'm pretty sure he is saying, someone got arrested for having the weapon on them. Not in the hand.

If you are not aware of the situation then please don't post. He was arrested for holding a gang weapon out affter an officer asked him to put it away.
