You all need to stop being AFK

For one, You need to be ACTIVE as an admin...
There is no way for the lead team to see if you are actually ACTIVE when you are AFK printing...
All they see is how many hours you're putting into the server on your account.

For two, admins set an EXAMPLE of our community...
Do we want new people to come in and see that we aren't friendly/helpful?
There was 2 admins on and 1 Super Admin... This is really sad.
You're basically putting the title "I don't care about the server's need, I'd rather AFK print for myself" on yourself.
Idk about you but I don't think you're fit for the admin title if you're not gonna do your job.
And if you're gonna say well I have other things to do. THEN LEAVE THE SERVER SO THERE ISN'T FALSE HOPE FOR NEW PLAYERS!!!
Or if you don't have time because you're busy in real life... THEN RESIGN, IT IS A VALID REASON TO RESIGN AND IT ISN'T AGAINST YOU!!

This new player just joined, he wasn't even on the server for 3 minutes, and he just left because he couldn't get the help he needed. I'm not even mentioning about the kid before him saying stop RDMing.

Staff needs to step it up.

Or they're just done for the day and printing a bit over night?

When you were an admin, you can't tell me you never AFK printed.

Cool, so people are defending 3 AFK admins when someone needs help. Won't see me on the server as often. Keep defending them <3. Great admins

Overreaction won't get you anywhere.

I personally don't see an issue with AFK printer farming, but when it comes to people saying "I am in the top 10 people for being most active on server 2" it is a little annoying. Also, if 3 admins are AFK farming it is a bit misleading to other admins whom may come on to see that they are not needed, not realising all other admins are AFK. There is no real solution to this right now unless we add a new feature or go the extra mile to put a textscreen in spawn saying "I am AFK" or some shit. ;/

So i do my work as a staff member, i decide to print over night.... that means im not doing my job ?

ok ok fine, i wont print overnight ill just log off.... does that make any difference ? nope. and if your issue is me being on the players list when you press tab then ill just add *AFK* to the end of my name, cause me printing overnight or not doesn't affect you in any way possible. Unless you find my printers, then you're dead.

It is not up to the staff alone to help new players and orientate them to the server. You as a user and a friendly member of the community could have reached out and helped the new player to make them feel welcome. Keep in perspective that every staff member volunteers their time to this server and all do their part to help out. This does not mean that they will be available at every moment and because they are not available the exact moment you need them is no reason tell them to resign. Don't get so caught up in the moments where a staff member wasn't available and forget the number of times they have helped players and handled situations for them. You haven't been with the said staff members the entire day so you could not possibly know what they have been doing or how many players they have helped. And to assume that they aren't doing their jobs and helping out because they are AFK printing at the moment you need them only makes you look foolish. Just keep things in perspective.

I guarantee you that there is at a handful of admins out there that the lead team thinks is "Active" but really isn't because of AFK printing. Because all you see is how long they are on the server.

@zach. I remember you being inactive for the longest time. To the point we all thought you resigned. You were even on my list that diddnt do any f1's.

While you claimed to be active back then your game trackers were empty .

So next time you complain think back of your own activity back then

All of those staff members do work on the servers, it doesn't really make a difference if they go offline or stay AFK printing for the night. Had they gone offline they wouldn't be able to help either. If a staff member isn't responding people are still able to go on the TS to see if anyone is available and if not they can sumbit a topic on the forum. If the issue isn't something that needs staff assistance they might even be able to get help from a player on the server.
