It is not up to the staff alone to help new players and orientate them to the server. You as a user and a friendly member of the community could have reached out and helped the new player to make them feel welcome. Keep in perspective that every staff member volunteers their time to this server and all do their part to help out. This does not mean that they will be available at every moment and because they are not available the exact moment you need them is no reason tell them to resign. Don't get so caught up in the moments where a staff member wasn't available and forget the number of times they have helped players and handled situations for them. You haven't been with the said staff members the entire day so you could not possibly know what they have been doing or how many players they have helped. And to assume that they aren't doing their jobs and helping out because they are AFK printing at the moment you need them only makes you look foolish. Just keep things in perspective.
