TOPIC: The super admin rank, me, and other Admins.

It disheartens me to say this. For anybody who thinks I'll make a good super admin, your thoughts are based in mostly incomplete evidence. I have heard a few people suggest it (some head and super Admins), but I do not believe I'm ready.

Yes I do WANT to be super admin, but I think that I am not worthy enough. I don't think any current Admins are.

If you are considering me or any other admin. Do not choose them because they are the best of the bunch, choose them if they are ready.

Although I would LOVE to be super admin, I am unsure if I am ready.
This is a painful thing to write, because becoming super admin is something I've been striving for ages to achieve, and now that it is even slightly within my grasp I find that I am too flawed to be worthy.

I am not deserving of any rank above admin, my flaws too great.
I am extremely inactive, quick to anger, hypocritical, and too harsh. My punishments and decisions are mostly persuaded by my opinion of the accused and my mood at the time. I am not a diamond in the rough, search for more suitable candidates.
I will also continue to state how hard it is to write this as I am throwing away my chance at something that allows me to be more involved with the community.

Well this is very mature of you i`m sure you will get SA at some point.

I don't understand what your trying to tell us... are you trying to say you don't want super admin...?

To tell them why I should NOT get super admin and make them aware. I am also aware that only 2 people in that position are slightly inclined to elect me.

Some Admins are doing a really good job, some dont.
It's also my dream to become Super Admin one day but do I deserve the Rank? That's what the Leadteam will decide.
I totally agree that we shouldnt promote Admins just because we are low on SA's or anything, only when they are ready.

I think just the new rank fucks everything up. Last time we needed SAs they promoted people without talking that long. Then caused mass resignations, loss of members, etc. as long as they are confident with their choice the person should accept and give it a try.
