TOPIC: The super admin rank, me, and other Admins.

Soxey, you may believe that you are not ready for superadmin, but ultimately, it is not really your say on whether others believe you are or not. If the staff-team believe you are ready, you are ready. If you really want to deny superadmin which you clearly would have been elected for, then go ahead - some people will never even get that opportunity, so go for it.

Nobody is perfect for the role, it grows on them and they get better over time. It's the same with new mods and admins. They won't be as good as other longer serving mods and admins that have had experience. Pink got used to the responsibility and the role like he would any other role.
Still I admire that you can say you are not ready. There are a lot of people that couldn't do that.

There are some Admins that would deserve the Rank ( In my opinion ). They might be not perfect but they will learn just as Patrick said.
