TOPIC: My future as staff.

It's not easy for me to continue playing on zarp let alone moderate it. I am balancing, school, my site, programming and this. Zarp is the lowest on this list and as you can tell by my lack of activity, I do not have time for everything.

Another reason is the community, there are sometimes nobody on at y time so there's nothing fpr me to do. Also a point I wish to mention is the staff. The staff has become unprofessional in my opinion, and the worst part is that higher ranks are failing to punish people fairly. In my opinion smallville has broken so many rules that most peop;e would get warned for. The staff in my opinion need to be revaluated. And maybe rewrite the rules to match what you are enforcing.

My rant is finished, please flame bellow.

Let's put something across here. You are a staff member. You have a problem? You speak to a lead team member and they will sort your issues.

You didn't need to bring that second part to the forum, because you know too well that you haven't brought this up with us beforehand for us to be able to even consider acting upon it.

Going to have to agree with Chris on this issue as nothing has been brought up with me or any other lead team member and I am almost always on the TS3 24/7 and haven't had any complaints against him. I don't think you needed to bring that to the forums since all staff related issues are taken seriously and dealt with appropriately.

Well soxey if you feel you have to leave feel free to do so. Put your passions before your gaming and if programming is what you want to do then do it. Dont feel like ZARP is a chore if it is maybe a break is needed.

Sorry for killing people that are on the road and breaking non existant rules.

The only rules I have broken that are fresh in mind, is the CDM which happens to everyone by accident (main reason is the sudden lagspikes I ocassionally get)

and one last reason as to why is because there is no point of me being staff at this time. During day light savings I was on one hour earlier. Now because of this and Study I get on 2 hours later. Which is when the server is dead.
