Going to have to agree with Chris on this issue as nothing has been brought up with me or any other lead team member and I am almost always on the TS3 24/7 and haven't had any complaints against him. I don't think you needed to bring that to the forums since all staff related issues are taken seriously and dealt with appropriately.
